Notes[edit]
- The Michigan state legislature had recently censured a female member for using the word "vagina" during a floor speech about an abortion bill; thanks to John Roderick mentioning this, the word of the night was "vagina."
- John Roderick spent a significant amount of time tuning and retuning his guitar on stage, leading to running jokes throughout the sets. When he came to the stage to join in on Nemeses, he was quite unhappy about this tweet, then proceeded to drop his pants to do a one-man burlesque.
- Between the two sets, the Ark staff introduced members of the staff of DTE Energy, the Detroit-area electric company, who offered free JoCo CDs in exchange for signing up for their green energy program. It was... weird.
