Notes:[edit]

  • Both "Piano Man" and "Sledgehammer" resulted from particularly, shall we say, persistent members of the audience.
  • Earlier in the day, Jonathan and Paul and Storm had gone to visit the Harmonix studios (as Jonathan had done a year ago before the Somerville show) to experiment with some new Rock Band features, and they were required to sign a non-disclosure agreement at the time. They had played an unspecified Alanis Morissette song (which Paul and Storm later implied to be You Oughta Know [1]), which the Harmonix people requested again mid-show. Paul responded by singing, "Hand in My Pocket," as part of the Soft Rocked By Me Medley, ending it with, "I've got one hand in my pocket / and the other one's flipping off Harmonix," with accompanying hand gestures.
  • Storm received an Evel Knievel Stunt Cycle set, a toy he had always wanted but never received as a child, as a gift from Paul as a belated birthday gift. He proceeded to play with it on stage before they began singing with Jonathan. - video
  • A playlist of all songs up to and including "I Feel Fantastic" is available on YouTube.
