"You Wouldn't Know" is a song that Jonathan Coulton wrote for the Traveller's Tales video game, LEGO Dimensions. The game features characters from many different media properties, including Valve's Portal games - particularly GLaDOS, whose voice actor Ellen McLain performs the vocals for this song.

Live performance

"You Wouldn't Know" is available in the main credits of the video game LEGO Dimensions. It was also released on the four-track collection New Folder in the Jonathan Coulton MP3 store and as a one-track single on iTunes.

References & Trivia

  • The line "things change when they don't replace your core" references the final levels of LEGO Dimensions: GLaDOS has been waiting for the game's heroes to replace her morality core with an amorality core in return for her help against the game's main villain.
  • The second verse mentions Batman. He is one of the three main characters in LEGO Dimensions who encounters GLaDOS at the Aperture Science Enrichment Center, some time after the events of Portal 2.
