History
"Don't Talk to Strangers" was first covered for a Little Gray Books Lecture (Lecture # unknown). Jonathan decided to "flesh out" the arrangement, and it was later released as the twenty fourth Thing a Week on March 10th, 2006.
Live performance
"Don't Talk to Strangers" is believed to have never been played at a Jonathan Coulton concert.
