Forums/Recommended Posts/Template for forum post

Here is a template for anyone who is posting the Recommended Posts thread on the forum to use. It will ensure a consistent look throughout the lifetime of weekly recommended posts.

This thread lists some particularly good posts in the forums from the week of Sunday, [Insert start date here], to Saturday, [Insert end date here]. We hope you'll read the others, too, but if you're in a rush, here's how to catch up!

How To Fill in Template

• In the first line dates need to be entered, these should be in the form: "Month Day, Year" (eg July 20, 2008)
• The next bits to insert are the recommended posts, for these use the following format:

<a href="[Insert URL of post/thread/etc here]">[Insert name of thread/name of project/(for posts) name of poster in name of thread]</a>[insert brief description of post/thread/etc and why it is notable].

Leave a line between subsequent recommended posts

• Insert URL of next weeks voting in the last line.
