lots of calories and prbboaly fat to. when u fast ur body will store what little fat u get when u eat to stay alive, it stores it incase ur body has to use it when u need fuel, if u have calories to burn while working out u wont store as much fat, i wouldn't suggest crash dieting or fasting on account that it is awful for ur body and what i can imagine painful. ur brain starts going crazy litterally.References :
