"Over There" was originally written and performed for John Hodgman's Little Gray Book Lecture #11, "Europe vs. America".

Trivia[edit]

  • This song was the first to be played at JoCo's first London show on March 20, 2008.
  • The last few lines of the song about chewing underwear and naked ladies refers to a common children's song, The Streets of Cairo. One common variation on the lyrics to "The Streets of Cairo" includes the lines:
