After scrounging around the site for a bit, I found two San Francisco, CA: 2009-01-18 and Madison, WI: 2009-02-26 performances that were unmentioned in the rarely played. With tree (and possibly more) it seems to be a good point to stop naming each individual performance.
At the Dallas show, he was playing the beginning of it because I had shouted it out as a request. He seemed to think it was a stupid idea.
