Fantastic job with the tabs! I think there might be one mistake: it seems to me that the "special" bar of D in the chorus should be exactly like the "special" bar of B minor. One reason this feels right to me is that it lets the alternating bass never change rhythm throughout the chorus, with a bass note always coming every eighth note.
