  Bacterial filtration efficiency test.
 
  ① In accordance with the medical surgical mask standard YY0469-2011 test, the BFE system detector Henderson pipeline two sampling ports were connected to Anderson six-level sampler.

Scope of application:
 
 
   car seat bump tester is mainly used to test the durability of car seat bumps and creep. The test results directly reflect the service life and safety factor of the car seat under bumps and creep.
 
 
   This test equipment is used to evaluate seat components or complete seat systems. The evaluation criteria are usually visual judgments. These include wear patterns, seat covering materials, foam, and general durability of the underlying support structure.
 
 
Bumps:
 
 
   The bumping platform is a stand-alone device, which can be leased separately or together with the hydraulic power pack and the upper frame. The jounce table can produce a ring (sine wave) output with a frequency of 0.1 Hz to 50 Hz and an amplitude of 0 to 50 mm. The bump table is controlled by the P.C. computer, with a rotating control car, and has software for seat (or any other items requiring ring or vibration testing) bump test, resonance and damping test. The jounce table can perform table displacement or upper (saddle) displacement operation in displacement mode. The jounce table can also be operated in acceleration mode, and the amplitude of the jounce changes differently to maintain a constant acceleration of the jounce table or the upper part (saddle). The acceleration can be controlled from 0G to 3G, depending on the test frequency.
 
 
The upper bump loading mechanism includes:
 
 
   An appropriate body form, and loose weights can be added as needed. The upper assembly is guided back to the main support frame by eight ball bearings and four lightweight aluminum parallel arms. The height of the whole setting is adjustable to keep the level of the parallel arms. The top crane lifts the loading equipment when the test sample is installed or removed.
 
 
   It is important to note that the weight of the sample loaded by this type of machinery must be accurate and correct, without causing excessive inertial load, and be like some other testing machines. For some competitive equipment, these large inertia loads increase the severity of the test and can cause some edge samples to fall.
 
 
   The bottom bumping table is driven by hydraulic servo and operated by the PC control system. Vertical movement is sinusoidal movement with programmable frequency and acceleration. For any given acceleration, the amplitude decreases as the frequency increases. The system is also capable of frequency "scanning" and other sequences determined by experiments. The actual software is written in Visual Basic by Schap Special Machinery Company and runs under the Windows operating environment.
 
 
   Usually, this destructive test system is very simple to install and operate. A technician who has enrolled in P.C. will easily learn to operate the machine and software.
 
 
Japanese-style bumpy superstructure:

Introduction
 
Car tire performance and its service life is directly related to the running condition of the car, and has a great impact on the safety driving of the car. Test System
 
The  gas fume color fastness test system sets the sample in a certain concentration of smoke environment until a certain color change or  for a regulated time, and then compare the sample with the standard chart card.
 
This machine is suitable for testing the color fastness of all textiles except loose fibres when exposed to atmospheric nitrogen oxides produced by chemical butane gas or urban gas combustion.
 
Textile samples and control samples are placed in the gas smoke at the same time until the color of the control sample changes to the color of the fading standard. Use the grey sample card to assess the discoloration of the sample. If the sample is not discoloured after one test period, continue the specified test times or the required test cycles for sample to reach the specified color change.
 
The gas fume color fastness tester, after a certain time, observe the change process of the color of  tested fabric exposed to the nitrogen oxide produced by the combustion of gas.
 
The machine is composed of combustion chamber, test chamber, exhaust outlet and control panel. The combustion chamber includes the Bunsen burner, automatic ignition device, etc. The test chamber includes the rotary sample clamp, the observation light, etc. The control panel can set the test temperature, test time and the overtemperature alarm time.
 
During operation, the machine can automatically detect temperature of test chamber, if the test chamber temerature is below the set value, automatic ignition increas temperature rising, and then shut down automatically when reaching the set value. The flame size can be manually adjusted .
 
 
Test Principle
