- During Paul and Storm's opening set, several members of the audience were invited up onstage and revealed to be the members of Paul and Storm's former band, Da Vinci's Notebook. The group proceeded to perform three or four songs from their classic repertoire, including "Enormous Penis." [1]
- During Jonathan's set, a collection of approximately twenty money-laden plush monkeys were tossed onstage. This was the first coordinated Flying Tip Jar monkey-tossing event at a JoCo concert.
