Where Tradition Meets Tomorrow is Jonathan Coulton's second commercially-released extended play. The EP is named after the town motto of Jonathan's hometown, Colchester. The album cover art itself is a retouched photograph of a sign from the city.

This EP was recorded in Pro Tools on an Apple Mac computer in Jonathan's Brooklyn apartment. The cover is an actual sign in Jonathan's home town of Colchester, Connecticut (though the sign doesn't really have his name on it) and the back cover is a satellite photo of "downtown" with important sites labeled.
