In addition to frequent references to Coulton on his blog, actor / author / geek icon Wil Wheaton dedicated an episode of his podcast to all things JoCo in honor of the first of May 2008. In early 2009, he was voted Secretary of Geek Affairs on Paul and Storm's website. In May, one of his first official acts as such was to give a special commendation to JoCo before Paul and Storm's set in Los Angeles. At PAX '09, Jonathan, Paul and Storm, and Molly Lewis changed My Monkey into "Wil Wheaton", much to his delight, ending in a heartwarming group hug.
